Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at coachellaconcrete.com, or by engaging Coachella Concrete for services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our website or engages our services.
Coachella Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Coachella, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalk installation, decorative concrete, and related flatwork.
All services are subject to a written agreement or signed estimate between Coachella Concrete and the customer. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and price are defined in that written agreement. Work will not begin without a signed estimate or contract.
Estimates provided by Coachella Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a final contract - it represents our best assessment of the cost based on information available at the time of the site visit.
Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions are discovered after work begins - for example, buried debris, unstable soil requiring additional prep, or utility lines that affect the scope of work. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work and will not charge for out-of-scope items without your written authorization.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Once a written agreement is signed and a deposit is received (where required), we will schedule a start date. We make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed schedule, but start dates may shift due to weather, permit processing delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any changes to your schedule as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred. The specific cancellation fee, if any, will be stated in your written agreement.
Coachella Concrete reserves the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, site hazards, or other factors that would compromise the quality of the work or the safety of our crew.
Payment terms are specified in each individual written agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, progress payments may be structured throughout the job.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your written agreement. Invoices not paid within the time period stated in the agreement may be subject to a late fee. If collection efforts are required, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, as permitted by California law.
Work will not begin without the agreed deposit, and final cleanup and project sign-off may be withheld until full payment is received.
Where required by local ordinance, Coachella Concrete will obtain the necessary building permits before work begins. Permit fees are either included in your estimate or itemized separately. We handle the permit application and coordinate with city inspectors on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring the work site is accessible for permit inspections. Delays caused by the customer restricting access to the site may affect project timelines.
Coachella Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty specific to your project will be stated in your written agreement.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking over time, particularly in climates with significant temperature swings like the Coachella Valley. Hairline cracks that develop after proper installation are normal and not considered a defect. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by ground movement, acts of nature, misuse, or alterations to the work made by anyone other than Coachella Concrete.
Except as expressly stated in your written agreement, Coachella Concrete makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coachella Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid Coachella Concrete for the specific work giving rise to that claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
